Delivery
Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated delivery times
- Canada : 10 - 25 business days
- North America : 10 - 15 business days
- Europe : 5 - 15 business days
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania : 10 - 15 business days
- Latin America and the Caribbean : 15 - 25 business days
I'll do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Just contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Post items back to me within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Is my poster insured and tracked?
If you have any doubts please chose the registered post option when ordering, This will ensure your poster is 100% insured and tracked. You will receive a tracking number on all purchases shipped via registered post. If you have any questions please ask we are always happy to help you with any questions, concerns or queries.
My poster was damaged in transit, what do I do?
If your poster was damaged by choosing Registered post your poster is fully insured for loss and damage. If your poster was shipped via Economy postage send us a photo of the damaged poster and we can come to an arrangement. Re-postage fee may apply.
How long will my poster take to arrive?
Times can vary, we do try our utmost to ship the item as soon as possible. Once shipped we hope to get your item to you within 2 weeks but could sometimes take longer. Normally we do beat that target more often than not but we are at the mercy of the postal system.
Items are shipped from Ireland so postage outside of Europe can take time especially during the holiday season. If you have any doubts please do ask us first we can normally get back to you within the hour during business hours and we are more than happy to help you with any questions.

What is an A3 poster you ask? A3 is mainly a European sized measurement and double the size of A4. In simple terms A3 is:

I live in Canada, where is my poster?
On a rare occasion we have had late delivery to our Canadian friends. This is down to the Canadian postal system receiving external mail from outside Canada, please be patient your item will arrive, it may just take longer.
